The difference between 1Password and 1Password Pro isn't very apparent, at least right now. Since that doesn't exactly seem like something an established software developer would do, I decided to contact Agile Web Solutions to see what was really going on. 1Password Pro only adds a few extra iPhone OS 3.0 features that many have felt should have been included in the original version of the app for free. Press on the button with three dots at the end of the field to open the Membership dialog window and edit group memberships.At first glance it would seem as if Agile Web Solutions was trying to pull a fast one on some of its most loyal customers by introducing an entirely separate version of its popular iPhone app, 1Password, called 1Password Pro. This field lists all groups the password entry belongs to.
If you need to remove a password entry from the group or edit its appearance in other groups, open the password entry and use the Groups field. A single password entry can belong to several groups. To add a password entry into a group, drag it to the group's name and drop (release the left mouse button). Password groups can be arranged into a hierarchy Use the standard drag & drop feature for that. Read only - check this when you want editing of the record disabled. This can also be used in EssentialPIM Business to assign records to specific users. Status - set the group either as private or public. Pick Icon - choose an icon for the group. This opens up the Group Info dialog window. To add a new group click on the arrow button next to New Entry button and select Add Group option or navigate to Actions -> New Group. Groups are used to organize password entries and browse them more conveniently. Password entry can be also added under File -> New -> Password. Shift+Ctrl+P - global shortcut to create a password (it works even when EssentialPIM is running in the background). Ins - shortcut to add a new password entry.
